GMEC Solutions Limited support the senior management of Hanson UK with CDM project management support for both new installation, plant modifications and demolition projects, ranging from primary crusher replacement, recovery and removal of marine pontoon through to full plant demolition and new plant installation within the fields of drystone crushing, marine aggregate, asphalt and concrete production operations.
GMEC Solutions Limited also provide the eyes and ears for the processing plants with detailed and intrusive PPM inspections of plant and equipment, with flexible weekly, monthly and quarterly formats. These inspections also capture condition monitoring with sampling and analysis of critical drive lubrication, which is all then compiled by the GMEC engineering team and provided to the site management in the form of a comprehensive findings report complete with defect summary and priority listing, video and photographic information, trending graph indicators and recommended remedial actions. We strive to be the site managements own Pocket Engineer and add value to every aspect of the services we provide.
